The size L was a bit too big for my dog, but they fit well because there is a spring between the foam layers.

They are a bit small according to the weight indicated in the description. I haven't tested them with noise, but the dog remained very relaxed when wearing it.
Size L is a bit big for my 20kg dog (podenco mixed breed), size M would have been better for a tighter fit, but some noise from the fireworks during these holidays will help...
It arrived and fits well, you just need to test if it works for December 24th, 25th, and 31st, which is when they fire more pyrotechnics.

The item works. For a 10kg dog, I took size S.
The material as many mentioned resembles sports bra, i have 30kg dog with rather slim head and m size fits ok, l would be bit better i guess, s would be definitely too small. It slides back a bit as dog moves, but not completely. My dog has slick fur so with some more fluffy dog this might not appear at all.
