Refund & Return Policy

Return Window: 14 days from delivery. Please contact us at pupmuteus@gmail.com with your full name and order number before returning an item. We will send you the adress to return the item.

Condition: Items must be unused and unopened (if not in EU). For the DIY Pet Memorial Set, we cannot accept returns if the clay has been opened or used.(in EU depents on condition)

Refunds: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
