Yes, EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, if the clay has already been used, we may only be able to offer a partial refund, as the product can no longer be resold once used.

Yes, we also offer a 14-day return window for customers outside the EU. Please contact us first to arrange your return. Please note that we're unable to accept returns if the clay set has been opened or used.
